    A Sales and Administration Assistant is expected to:

    • Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our busy Sales team.
    • Provide strong support to the sales and marketing team
    • Communicating effectively with customers and building rapport
    • Administrative duties including correspondence, arranging meetings and travel
    • Create reports for Directors and Board
    • Support sales team in creating presentations and quotations
    • Assist sales team sending samples, brochures and product specific data to customers and maintaining CRM


    What it takes to be part of our team:

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in client
      service support and administration, ideally supporting a
      business development and/or relationship management
      team
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills;
    • Basic marketing and design experience (i.e can make good
      presentations, social media posts well presented price-lists
      etc)
