    Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is a beauty brand builder and omni-channel distributor of health, beauty, and wellness products. It is the legacy of Do Day Dream Philippines and an offshoot founded by a group of Filipino beauty industry executives and entrepreneurs.

    Key Job Accountabilities

    1. Reviews and maintains written and computer files, plus conduct data entry.
    2. Assists in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, travel bookings, meetings, and clerical duties.
    3. Assists with all budget activities, including Accounting, HR and Legal.
    4. Helps implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
    5. Conducts fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters.
    6. Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports.
    7. Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences.
    8. Coordinates operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal.
    9. Maintains complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory.
    10. Connects with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, or any other related field.
    • Willing to learn and grow as a professional in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with SAP is not required, but an advantage.
    • Has keen to details and accuracy is an important skillset.
