    Job Title: Full-Time Social Media Strategist

    Usual working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Manila Time),

    Monday - Friday

    Remuneration: 60,000 PHP / Month - Paid in AUD

    Pay cycle: Fortnightly

    Payment and Employment Details:

    Please note that monthly government contributions will not be processed as If & When is a Sydney-based agency not registered in the Philippines.

    Payment method: Transferwise / Wise

    Probation period: 6 months

    Monetary Review Period: Every 12 months (or based on performance)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research on the client's industry, competition, opportunities, and weaknesses in social media marketing.
    • Develop captivating social media campaigns based on client preferences.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
    • Identify and address issues in existing client campaign strategies.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
    • Stay abreast of social media trends and opportunities.

    Abilities:

    • Transform creative ideas into actionable plans.
    • Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Adhere to procedures and work independently.
    • Demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Embrace a team-player mindset.
    • Possess a sound working knowledge of Google Suite
    • Maintain a can-do attitude in supporting other areas of the team.
