    Job Description

    REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

    • Overall monitoring of Sales Invoice (for goods) and Official Receipt (for services) to support input tax as required by BIR.
    • Ensure BIR 2307 form is issued to vendors as support for the withholding tax.

    PAYABLE AND PAYMENT

    • Review three-way matching (Purchase Order vs Receiving Report vs Sales Invoice/Billing Statement)
    • Review AP Invoice Entry in IFCA
    • Review and posting Goods Receiving Report in IFCA
    • Review payment related reports.
    • Consolidation and review of Cash position report
    • Ensures payments are fully funded prior release of checks/telegraphic transfer
    • Coordination with suppliers and internal customers related to payment
    • Overall, in charge in the retention of payment records

    SYSTEMS PROFICIENCY

    • Champion of the Accounting System related to payment.
    • Utilize MS office applications such as but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Teams, and Spreadsheet
