    Job Description:

    • Responsible for overall strategy, planning and implementation of all payment initiatives
    • Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring timely disbursal of all payables and receivables and settlement of all claims and disputes
    • Solve daily payments issues creatively, to ensure optimal payment acceptance practices with other core departments
    • Analyze various areas of the business to identify trends or opportunities for process optimization or payment channel integration
    • Drive negotiation and settlement discussion with external and internal stakeholders
    • Perform detailed performance review of payments to agencies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
    • 8+ years of work experience in finance related functions such as account payable settlement
    • 3+ years of team management experience
    • Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to identify process gaps
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data analysis into clear and concise communications.
    • Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences.
    • Results-driven, flexible, and adaptable capable of working in ambiguous situations in an extremely fast-paced environment.
    • Amenable to be assigned in Podium, Pasig Office
