- As LMS admin expert for the region – you will be the point of contact to schedule trainings and organize career paths in line with the regional and local training agenda
- Support day to day training administration, of all training events, scheduling events, issuing invites (and communications where required), tracking and confirming attendance ensuring always that data is accurate and up to date
- Tracking L&D budget through flawless administration
- Tracking training attendance and feedback on attendance to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage the training administration process that supports the efficient preparation of INFPC, and other training activities
- Record and update training attendance in the LMS or any other tracking tool to meet local record keeping requirements
- Create and follow up on training calendars for all new starters, in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders
- Provide a front-line support for all training related queries, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Support the regional and local induction programme, ensuring a tailored approach and a first-class experience for all new starters, from before onboarding until the validation of their probation period
- Upload content into the LMS and other applications as applicable
- Experience of using Learning Management Systems ( SAP Ideally) and micro learning platforms
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple activities concurrently
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to analyse data and pro-actively present solutions based on the data analysis
- Highly adaptable and solution oriented
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a Team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
