    We are looking for an energetic, process-oriented and resourceful Procurement and Administration Manager to oversee and optimize our procurement processes while ensuring efficient administrative operations. If you have experience in purchasing, particularly within the healthcare and construction sector, and have a passion for contributing to the growth of a new healthcare facility, we invite you to be part of our innovative team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Procurement Management:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
    • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
    • Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor market trends, assess supplier performance, and recommend improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

    2. Contract Management:

    • Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of contracts with vendors and service providers.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitor contract performance, and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.

    3. Administrative Operations:

    • Supervise administrative staff and oversee daily administrative tasks, such as office maintenance, equipment procurement, and facilities management.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless business operations.

    4. Budgeting and Cost Control:

    • Develop departmental budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-control measures, and optimize procurement processes to achieve cost efficiencies.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies governing procurement and administrative activities.
    • Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, such as supply chain disruptions, vendor non-compliance, and contract breaches.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any 4-year course
    • Must have proven experience as a Purchasing & Admin Manager with expertise in construction and healthcare industry
    • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management and inventory control
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Well-versed in procurement software and tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, particularly in the establishment phase of a new clinic
