    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Store, manage and track company documents;
  • Manages the flow of documentation within the department;
  • Maintains confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement;
  • Retrieves files as requested by employees and clients;
  • Works with documents and record across various departments;
  • Copy, scan and store documents;
  • Creates templates for future use
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and other documents as needed;
  • Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.Qualifications
  • Candidate must process at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience as a document controller work or any similar role
  • Clerical and administrative skills
  • Hands on experience with MS office and proficient in typing and document editing
  • Ability to work independently and being highly-motivated
  • Can work on a fast-paced and deadline driven environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
