About Our Client

Our client is a Europe-based company specializing in the production of tipping paper with 50 production sites worldwide.

Job Description

Planning, implementation and documentation of investment and optimization of projects
Execution of modernization projects of the production machines as well as conversion and modification of existing systems
Project support from conception to final acceptance and execution
You are the contact person for technical problem solutions and interface between suppliers, production and maintenance
Forecast resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Monitor project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed

The Successful Applicant

. Graduate of BS Electrical/ Instrumentation or Automation/Control Engineering or any related field
. Must be a Licensed Engineer
. Must have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management and related experience
. Experience in industrial production environment in the field of EMSR and automation technology (e.g. PLC Simatic S7/TIA, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or similar)
. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
. Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
. Proven ability to solve problems innovatively with high standards of accuracy and quality
. With excellent analytical skills, result-oriented, team player and has good leadership skills
. Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
. Proficient in MS office applications and has excellent computer skills
. Must be willing to travel (mainly affiliates in China)
