    Job Description

    . Take full ownership of the eCommerce channel, including identifying new growth opportunities, with both platform companies & the .com business

    . Define and continuously improve strategy, and ways of working for the eCommerce team

    . Drive the eCommerce agenda and monitor channel performance

    . Collaborate with key stakeholders internally to ensuring informed decision-making and maximising commercial opportunities across all digital channels

    The Successful Applicant

    • Background in driving eCommerce growth, either in retail, consumer goods or eCommerce
    • Data & technology driven
    • Strong understanding of the customer journey
    • Career driven, a highly motivated self-starter
    • Experience in leading teams is advantageous
