    Job Description

    . Work with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the firm's long-term vision and overarching brand strategy.
    . Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with influential journalists, editors, and
    media outlets to secure high-impact coverage and foster deeper brand-engagement
    with founders and investors in the ecosystem.
    . Lead the creation of compelling content, including press materials, op-eds and
    industry insights that demonstrate our expertise and vision.
    . Identify and leverage industry events, speaking engagements and partnerships
    . Handle media inquiries and challenging scenarios with composure and strategic
    communication that mitigates risk
    . Employ analytics tools to monitor media coverage, measure the effectiveness of
    campaigns and provide actionable insights.
    . Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to amplify their stories in regional and
    global media

    The Successful Applicant

    Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
    . At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in agency and/or in-house communications
    and marketing, preferably with large-scale campaigns and events.
    . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    . Demonstrated expertise in strategic public relations, media relations and thought leadership
    management within the venture capital, tech or startup space.
    . Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting
    strategic narratives and impactful messaging.
    . Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining high-level media relationships.
    . Strategic mindset and agile thinking to develop novel strategies that yield
    meaningful outcomes.
    . Proficiency in creating high-quality press materials, including press releases and
    thought leadership content.
    . Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
    and deadlines.
    . Proficiency in utilizing media monitoring tools and data analytics for strategic
    decision-making.
    . Proven understanding and existing relationships with the startups and VC ecosystem
    a plus.
    . Strong experience working with G-Suite, Asana, PowerPoint and/or Keynote, a plus.
