    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Process Recruitment and Hiring
    • Maintain and Update Employee Records and Documentation
    • Handle Payroll and Process Employee Benefits and Compensation
    • Coordinate and Schedule Training and Development
    • Assist in implementing performance appraisal
    • Assist in employees workplace concerns.
    • Assist the Off boarding process and Separation
    • Knowledge of construction industry safety standard and compliance.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
    • 3yrs experienced in recruiting, payroll
    • Familiar in Labor Code
    • Employee Relations
    • Organizational Skills
    • Communication Skills
    • Problem-Solving Abilities
    • Familiar in mandatory benefits
    • Familiar in Philippine Labor Code
