    The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to organization and communication, such as answering calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and conducting research. The Virtual Assistant will work closely with the company's executives to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Solid prior experience as a executive virtual assistant
    • Strong knowledge of American culture
    • Has experience working with Executives from USA
    • Experience with LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/ social media
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Technical knowledge on Networking, VPNs, VoIP, SIP and RTP communications is a plus
