- Oversees all accounts handled by the marketing team.
- Provides key directions for client servicing and maintains client expectations and objectives, this includes expectations on all deliverables and timelines.
- Responsible on setting revenue goals for the team, tracks the revenue, and ensures success.
- Lead key project campaigns and drive strategic client relationships to ensure the continuity of business.
- Maintains overall quality control on all campaigns servicing which includes the supervision of costings and budget management.
- Oversees key client presentations including campaign pitches and ideation pitches.
- Performs the evaluation of each team member and establishes the key performance index for each.
- Fosters team independence and competence through a strong emphasis on development and enhancing the team's structure.
- Able to provide marketing innovations and is abreast with industry changes and outlooks.
- At least 5 years work experience in Marketing, Advertising and client Servicing.
- College Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Management or Similar is preferred.
