    Role description:

    Provide extensive support to the Philippines Country Director using a variety of skills such as effective communication and time management skills.

    Role accountabilities:

    • Carry out secretarial support required by the Country Director such as but not limited to:
    • Managing/arranging and scheduling of appointments
    • Organizes official meetings and events
    • Preparing presentation materials
    • Arranging travel arrangements
    • Compiling reports and file maintenance/organizing documents
    • Research/Analysis or data preparation required
    • Arrange calendar to ensure no conflicts, and manage requests for time
    • Provide event management support on meetings such as:
    • Out of office or out of town meetings of local management
    • Business meetings attended by representatives from different Arcadis offices.
    • Support to Sales Team
    • Support Sales team to collate sales research or prepare marketing material
    • Help and support proposals ad-hoc if requested
    • Support with graphical presentations

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Graduate of any 4-year course
    • Ideally 3 years' experience as executive secretary and 2 years' experience in a creative or events management role
    • Smart and highly personable
    • Strong planning ang organizing skills
    • Keen attention to details
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficient in MS Office applications especially Word and PowerPoint
    • Proficient in developing presentations or preparing other graphics
    • Trustworthy – able to handle confidential information in strict confidence
