They report to the Head of Finance and Administrative Services, acting as theAccount Manager (AM) to ensure smooth Payroll Operations and timely financial reporting.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?Bachelor's Degree in AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA),Excellent understanding of accounting regulations, particularly Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or shared-service environmentwithin the Financial or Banking Industry.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions, including Vlookups and pivot tables.Exceptional attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
