    You will be working with big data extraction, transformation, and analysis for sales organization to provide strategic insights to the business. A curious and tech savvy candidate will be best fit for the role as our team continuously drives new solutions for the organization. New challenges are always arriving as our team evolves, you are not expected to keep performing same fixed set of tasks, rather adapt with changes as necessary and bring new ideas to manage your deliverables best.

    The main responsibilities of a BI ANALYST include:

    .Provide rate benchmark data and sanity checks for tender management team Air and Ocean RFQs

    .Administrative matters such as compiling data and upload/publish dashboards

    .Responsible for extracting data from different global logistics operation systems

    .Any ad-hoc projects/matters required by team lead

    To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

    .Tertiary education, possibly 1-2 years of experience (entry level candidates also welcome)

    .Existing knowledge of SQL, PowerBI/Tableau/Quicksight.

    .Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA

    .Strong analytical skills and curious mindset for continuous improvements, not accepting status quo without validations

    .Some experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry would be a plus

    .Ability to perform under pressure and work with deadlines.

    .Proven ability to deliver independently and collaborate in a team

    .Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills

    .Organized and ability to articulate thoughts

    .Fluent in written and spoken English

    It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

    .Python or R data analysis packages

    .Robotic Process Automation (UiPath or Power Automate)

    The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

    .Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance

    .Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)

    .2x2 & Half body picture with white background

    .Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).

    .Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)

    .Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)

    .Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
