    Reporting to the COO and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Events Coordinator Virtual Assistant.

    This is a full-time remote position, and the successful candidate will be working as an overseas Virtual Assistant. If you are a self-starter with a passion for event planning and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events remotely, managing logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of events from start to finish. You will be working as an overseas Virtual Assistant (VA) and will be responsible for managing parts of the process in the lead-up to events of all types and sizes, both in-person and virtual.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organise, and execute events such as conferences, meetings, webinars, workshops, and other events, both in-person and virtual.
    • Develop and implement event plans and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and delivered on time.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are delivered to the required standard and within budget.
    • Prepare and distribute event communications and materials, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up materials.
    • Manage event registrations and attendee lists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
    • Monitor and analyse event metrics to evaluate event success and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Handle post-event tasks, such as debriefs, evaluations, and thank-you messages.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role,
    • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Familiarity with virtual event technology and platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Microsoft Teams, as well as experience coordinating in-person events.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Benefits

    • Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
    • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
    • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
    • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
    • 10 days annual leave credits
    • 5 days of sick leave
    • 13th Month Pay after 30 days
    • Annual Appraisal
    • Laptop provided after 30 days
    • Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
    • SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
