    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our finance team. The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, ensuring compliance with other government agencies, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor and interpret financial data, identifying trends and potential areas of improvement.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Develop and manage the company's budgeting process.
    • Prepare forecasts and financial models to support business planning and resource allocation.
    • Monitor budget variances and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Internal Controls and Compliance:
    • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory examinations.
    • Cash Management:
    • Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and optimize working capital.
    • Monitor banking activities and recommend appropriate banking strategies.
    • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Financial Planning and Strategy:
    • Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
    • Evaluate financial performance against strategic objectives and industry benchmarks.
    • Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions and business expansions.
    • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
    • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Proven experience as a Controller/Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Banking sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
    • In-depth knowledge of administrative requirements of Local Government Units, BIR, SEC and other government agencies.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
