- Incident management (L3)
- Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis and/or external consultants as required
- Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating software testing
- Proactively keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Ensuring data security through conducting regular system audits
- Provide application users with technical support
- Logging and tracking identified system problems through to resolution
- Assist with the development of technical documentation of existing and future applications
- Driving user story analysis, elaboration and design
- Developing high quality code with supporting unit test and automation
- Developing in Apex, Lightning, LWC to build customised solutions that support business requirements and drive key business outcomes
- Conducting unit testing and integration testing for functionality
- Deploying solutions within the agile SDLC framework that delivers high quality code on a continuous basis
- Ensuring that software standards and quality targets are met
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including experience managing configuration changes, developing Apex code, triggers, Flows and Visualforce pages within the Salesforce platform
- At least 4 years experience developing within the Salesforce Lightning experience, including the development of Lightning Web components and Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification highly desired
- Completed a number of Salesforce Implementations or Projects ensuring end-to-end implementation experience
- Familiar with Salesforce Administration: configuration, standard data model, security and automation such as Salesforce Flows
- Thorough understanding of the constraints of the Salesforce platform, particularly regarding governor limits and best practices in delivering business requirements in the context of those constraints
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce test framework, test-driven development (TDD) and iterative development
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment with multiple skill set levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain service-level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores
