    • Lead to the overall projects of building IT solutions for the company, its subsidiaries and clients.
    • Overall management of client engagements (both internal and external) including the day-to-day management of all resources assigned to the project and the management of the client relationship at the project level.
    • Lead the end-to-end Project Management activities including development and management of project plans, issue management, change control management, resource management, knowledge transfer, publishing recurring status reports, overseeing the creation and sign-off of deliverables.
    • Own and develop relationships with clients (both internal and external), third-party vendors and IT counterparts to effectively lead the assessment, discovery, design, configuration, training, and deployment of service engagements.
    • Closely coordinate and manage business requirements and timelines with the Development, Solutions and Operations teams.
    • Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria, and work with customers on the definition and execution of overall project plan.
    • Build, monitor and align project team's timelines and deliverables.
    • Effectively own, implement and improve on project management portfolio documentations for ICT and ensure proper review and approval process is well implemented.
    • Support pre-sales activities by doing product demos/ POCs to potential clients.
    • Work closely with Solutions and Development Teams to be able to periodically present viable software version roadmaps to the ICT Head.
    • Periodically report to the head of ICT on targets, status of projects, resource requirements.
    • Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members and conduct performance and post-project reviews as applicable.
    • Maintain a collaboration site (e.g. SharePoint) for the project team to collaborate at any point in time.
    Qualification and Experience:
    • Graduate of at least 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management
    • At least 3 years of software implementation and/or system deployment project management experience and was able to lead at least 2 full cycle implementations preferably in software development in an enterprise environment.
    • Has strong and proven Project Management and Organizational Skills; with keen attention to detail but is able to relate details to the bigger picture as to assessing the feasibility of completing projects as planned.
    • Can effectively lead the PMO team to synergize, collaborate and yield results in the development of new solutions for internal and external clients.
    • With strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
    • Can efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects and has good prioritization skills.
    • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

    • Shift: Dayshift
    Desirable:
    • Technical development skill is a plus.
    • Solid background in Agile project implementation; experience with Waterfall methodology is a plus.
    • Excellent people skills; can handle resources effectively.
    • Can enable and maintain a SharePoint Collaboration site.
    • Familiar with digital Project Management Tools such as MS Project and Planner and can create and maintain at-a-glance dashboards and presentations for top management.
    • Has experience in steering the wheel for the team to achieve planned implementations on time.
    • Experience in CRM / SaaS implementation is a plus.
    • Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment is preferred.
    • Experience in Software product development project is a huge plus.
    • Background in Pharmaceutical industry or systems is a plus.
    • PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
