    Job Description :

    Do you find satisfaction in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to establish requirements for system improvement If this sounds like you, consider becoming a part of the Asset and Wealth Management Fraud Authentication team.

    As a Business Analyst, you will ensure our global service teams and their clients utilize best in class authentication tools to validate their identity during every interaction. You will support service-led and digital-led requirement gathering, documentation, technology spec summarizing, and scope sizing. Demonstrating delivery of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of agile project methodologies, SCRUM project management, and business uplift acumen to confirm caller and user identity. You will regularly collaborate with global cross-functional groups including Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Dev Technologists, and Fraud program sponsors in addition to internal team management. This role will provide you with an opportunity to strengthen your project acumen and empower growth.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Log requirements in alignment with Agile project methodology standards to support SDLC deliveries via enterprise tech
    • Develop and present project status on multiple solutions used to authenticate the identity of a user / caller
    • Support artifact collection and socialization with peers for applicable exam management and scheduled content evaluations
    • Coordinating large cross-functional workshop meetings, minute collation and communication publishing for enhancements
    • Conduct UAT, produce business-readiness materials, lead internal communication drafting on upcoming solution deliveries

    Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

    • 3+ years of experience supporting agile projects from initiation through delivery
    • Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Excel
    • Complex project requirement drafting and socialization experience for large initiatives that is easily consumable

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

    • Minimum of three years experience in using Enterprise PPM tools in a regulated industry
    • Proficient and demonstrated experience using collaborative content solutions (i.e. Team, SharePoint, , Slack)
    • Proficient in telepresence solutions working with global partners (i.e. Teams, Slack, Zoom, GoogleMeet)
    • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate requirements to business and technology partners
    • SCRUM related socialization with transparency on version control and outstanding deployments
