    Job Title: Recruitment Assistant / Screener
    Location:
    Remote (PST Timezone)

    Work Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3 PM PST

    Role Overview:
    As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Assistant / Screener to join our HR team and support our hiring efforts.

    As a Recruitment Assistant / Screener, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment process by assisting with various administrative tasks and coordinating candidate communications. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial assessments to ensure a qualified candidate pool for our hiring needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
    • Assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
    • Assist in managing recruitment databases and tracking candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
    • Provide administrative support and other recruitment-related documents
    • Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status
    • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or administrative role is desirable but not required. Candidates with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with candidates and team members.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing resumes and conducting assessments. Ability to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications and provide feedback.
    • Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software is an advantage.
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to overall team success.
