    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager at Brilliant Skin Essentials, located in Morong, Rizal. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, performing analytical tasks, managing journal entries, handling finance operations, and managing fixed assets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelorâs degree in accountancy; must be a CPA
    • Minimum of 5 years of combined relevant experience in applying PFRS in audit and/or accounting
    • 1-2 yearsâ experience in managing and/or supervising end-to-end accounting operations
    • Advanced MS Excel skills required
    • Preferably with industry exposure in manufacturing and construction
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
    • Proven success in leading accounting teams and implementing process improvements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
