    THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    20%-Prepares programs and projects in all areas of human resource management
    15%-Coordinate the receipts, inspection and issuance of supplies and materials and equipment
    15%-Act as custodian for supplies, materials, equipment and makes periodic inventories thereof
    15 %- Review documents on the issuance of properties and maintain records of stocks
    5%-Recommends disposal of unserviceable material and Equipment
    10 %-Coordinates and monitors the programs and activities on compensation and benefits, research and information system, recruitment and selection, SDP and employee relations
    10%-Conducts research and studies on human resource management and
    10%-Performs other related function as may be required.
