    I. Job Summary

    Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy the company. Lead the team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and enhance online presence.

    II. Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and more.
    • Lead a team of digital marketing staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
    • Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Analyze and interpret data from various analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and implement innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Monitor and respond to online feedback and customer inquiries, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering engagement.
    • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

    III. Qualifications:

    • Graduate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
    • With excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Creative thinker with a strong ability to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
    • With strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Philippine digital landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
    • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
