- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

- Develop and execute effective bidding strategies to win new projects and contracts.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to client requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to gather necessary information and resources for bidding.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and report on bidding activity, sales performance, and key metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role, with a focus on bidding and proposal management.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process, including proposal writing, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence decision-makers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
