Requirements:

A degree in Human Resource management or any other relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of experience.
Strong verbal, written communication as well as research, documentation, and reporting skills in local language and ideally in English, depending on the location.
Excellent computer skills specifically MS Office and Canva is a MUST.
Possess good interpersonal skills with the proven ability to deal tactfully and build effective relationships with people across levels, both internally and externally.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures and manage implementation and reporting with an eye for details.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and ensure adherence to deadlines and turnaround time without compromising quality.

Understanding and ability to converse in local language, if applicable.
