- A Graduate Of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Or Other Related Courses
- Ability To Gain A Strong Understanding Of The Administrative Process As It Relates To Pension Benefit Plans And Pension Participants Information
- Must have Benefits Administration, Plan Administration, Or Insurance Processing
- Experience working in BPO
- Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Tools Such As Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Is A Plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Professional And Responsible Approach To Work, Clients And Colleagues
- Passion For Solving Problems And Sharing Solutions To Exceed The Standards Of The Client
- Ability To Be A Self-Starter And Work Independently, But Also Cooperatively In A Close Team Environment
- Ability To Organize And Prioritize With Strong Attention To Details
- Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills
- Ability To Complete Multiple Projects Within Established Deadlines
- Work Experience With US Counterparts Preferred
- Work Mondays Thru Fridays
- Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week)
