1.Responsible for collating, summarizing and analyzing work hours for weekly payroll based on officebiometrics and if necessary, manual time logging;2.
To periodically submit weekly payroll summaries, including OT requests for approval to the HRDAA Headprior to release of payroll;3.To coordinate closely with the HR Team on taking into account any leaves, loans, or other salaryadjustments necessary for sound payroll accounting;4.
To assist in the management and tracking of day to day cash transactions requested for and required bycompany staff in order to perform their daily duties;5.
To assist the Accounting Team in encoding and reporting work, most especially when complying withrequirements needed to perform monthly audits;6.
To enroll new employees to our BDO Cash Card payroll program to ensure safety in remittance ofcompany-issued wages to all regular and contract-based employees7.
Supporting role for both the Collection Officer and Accounting Supervisor8.Ensures that all transactions made are accompanied by proper supporting documents, where necessaryand appropriate, for approval or checking by the Head of HRDAA.9.
As an administrative officer, to provide assistance to various functions of the HRDAA Department withregards to staff documentation, permitting work, issuances of violations, and performance review work;10.
