    Process Improvement


    • Designs and presents processes and workflow (AS-IS and TO-BE) and recommends improvements
    through automation, streamlining or new and procedures.


    • Evaluates current processes and identifies potential areas for improvement, waste reduction and
    efficiency gains using best practices


    • Performs cascades and training to ensure impact of changes are well managed.
    • Provides reports to show the actual state and health of the process.
    Governance


    • Lead the internal documents approval process for HCPH
    • Partner with IT management in delivering plans to meet operational and regulatory obligations through
    creation of policies and procedures.


    • Support IT audits conducted by Internal Audit, regulators, clients and third-party auditors.
    • Review independent audit reports, penetration testing reports, vulnerability management reports etc.
    • Draft vendor information risk assessment memo's for approval by business owners.
    • Clarify IT legislation to Compliance division where necessary.
