- Develop and maintain our core client reporting infrastructure, utilizing data visualizations and analysis to showcase the performance of our services in a captivating manner.
- Manage a Global Team of technical and non-technical Reporting Engineers and Analysts, guiding them to deliver exceptional services to our clients worldwide. Provide inspirational leadership and guidance for career development, empowering team members to reach their full potential.
- Establish clear performance standards and goals for the team, regularly assessing progress and addressing any gaps to ensure excellence in performance.

- Collaborate with our Portfolio Leaders to understand industry trends and develop strategic plans to enhance our services and drive business growth.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and different visual analytics platforms and dashboards (e.g., Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, GoogleLooker)
- Experience rolling out and maintaining a global reporting infrastructure
- Creativity in applying visualizations to maximize understanding and insight
- Experience with a multi-client Recruitment Process Outsourcing analytics organization
- Experience communicating data visually to non-technical senior-level audiences
- Ability to Lead, manage and coach diverse geographically dispersed teams
- Background and experience as an RPO account manager
- 10+ years in the recruiting industry as a recruiter, leader or a support
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Advanced Microsoft office skills including excel
- Experience working as or managing data engineering teams or developers
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Creativity in applying visualizations to maximize understanding and insight
