    In this role, the Business Partner acts as the conduit between centralized IT and our client brands. You will be inside the brands themselves, helping direct and shape IT as a traditional IT manager would. You will be the channel through which all communications flow, reporting to the brands update and stats from the IT teams such as Projects, Security or ServiceDesk, and bringing issues or questions to the teams from the brands.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the optimal delivery of IT for agencies
    • Regular reporting on health and satisfaction of agencies via KPIs
    • Become the strategic IT voice for the company
    • Keep mission critical systems and processes for the agency secure and up to date.
    • Support implementation of key initiatives for network agencies
    • Analyze business requirements for IT Support needs and systems.
    • Evaluates technology trends and recommends strategies to agencies.

    Qualifications

    • Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Highly self-motivated and directed
    • Great attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus)
    • Minimum eight years' experience working in IT operations
