    Finance Business PartnerJob Description

    • Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
    • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
    • Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial andfinancial targets are delivered
    • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with allsenior managers and their teams

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    FinancialAnalysis:
    Analyze financial data, performancemetrics, and key performance indicators(KPIs)to provide insightsand recommendations to support strategic decision-making. S/he will help business units understand their financialperformance and identify areas for improvement.


    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Assist in the annual budgeting process and help business units create accurate financialforecasts.

    S/he will work closely with department heads to ensure budgets are aligned with strategic goals and provideguidance on cost control and resource allocation.


    Performance Reporting:
    Develop and deliver regular financial reports to business units, highlighting variances frombudgets and forecasts. S/he will explain the reasons behind these variances and offer actionable insights to improveperformance.


    Financial Planning:
    Collaborate with businessleadersto develop long-term financial plans and models, which can includescenariosfor growth, costreduction, ormarket changes. FBPs help business unitsset financial goals and create strategiesto achieve them.


    Cost Management:
    Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with business units to implement cost reductioninitiatives while ensuring that essential operations are not adversely affected

    Strategic Decision Support:
    Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making, such as market expansion,productlaunches, ormergers and acquisitions. FBPs help evaluate the financial implications of differentstrategic options.


    Relationship Building:
    Build strong relationships with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders in theorganization. They act as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication and collaboration between finance and otherfunctions.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Constantly seek ways to improve financial processes and enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of financial operations within their business units

    RequirementsQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • CPA or CFA certification preferred
    • Certification credentials in Analytics or Data Science is a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably with experience in preparing KPIdashboard reports
    • With experience in zero-based budgeting
    • With strong understanding of financial statements and reporting, background in BPO or service industrieswith a range ofservice portfolios and/or commercial entities preferred
    • With strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    • Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financialinformation to both financial and non-financialstakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and project managementskills,
    • Must be proactive, a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, and have the ability to multi-task and workindependently.
    • Must be able to work on a hybrid arrangement in our Pasay Office.
