- Manage and improve paid ads daily, including launching new ones, analyzing performance, and making adjustments.
- Handle various paid advertising channels like Google, Bing, and Meta Ads, and explore new channels.
- Develop and maintain reports to track performance across lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with Allied teams to create processes and share performance data.
- Work with creative teams to develop ads for different channels.
- Optimize ads to meet key goals like lead generation and cost efficiency.
- Have 2-3 years of experience managing paid ads, focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social; knowing other channels is a plus.
- Analytical and curious, able to work with complex data and tools to improve ad performance.
- Good at planning and running experiments to test strategies and report results.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain strategies to different people in the company.
- Comfortable with technical tasks like setting up web pixels and tracking events.
- Process-driven, always looking for ways to work more efficiently.
- A problem-solver who can adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
