Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Overview:

This part-time, entry-level Executive Assistant role is designed for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in administrative support. The selected candidate will provide essential support to our senior-level executives, managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and organizing executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for executives.
Help in preparing and organizing documents and presentations.
Assist in answering phone calls and managing incoming and outgoing emails.
Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including venue setup and coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Contribute to project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and assisting with coordination efforts.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in developing a career in administrative support.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma required; current students or recent graduates with a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
No previous professional experience required.
