Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/4 year course
MUST have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service
Willing to work in BGC Taguig;
Knowledgeable with any of the following applications such as Ingenium, Prism, OJA, Sales Force CRM, Lotus Notes, and the various notes is an advantage.

Job Description:

Conducts outbound calls to CPMA call outs in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts.
Handles simple and general inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
Refers request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate clients' complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead.
Logs successful calls in Sales Force within the call date and immediately refers requests beyond scope for callback to a tenured staff.
Monitors and closes all open SRs on agreed turnaround time.
