Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across our nationwide B2B auto parts distribution network.
In this role, you will drive market expansion, develop pricing strategies, and oversee the successful introduction of new auto parts products into our portfolio.
You will conduct feasibility studies, assess market opportunities, and collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen our competitive position.
As a key member of the team, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with suppliers and partners, and support high-impact commercial decisions.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth product rollouts and sustainable revenue growth, while providing strategic insights and regular updates to the CEO.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop pricing strategies for new products, conducting market analysis, cost modeling, and competitive benchmarking to maximize profitability.
Lead feasibility studies for product launches, market entry, supplier partnerships, and expansion opportunities, assessing risks and ROI.
Identify new B2B clients, distributors, and revenue streams in the auto parts sector; build sales pipelines and negotiate strategic deals.
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing on demand forecasting, product positioning, and nationwide rollout plans.Partner closely with finance on pricing models for new products, incorporating cost analysis, margins, budgeting, and profitability forecasts.
Track KPIs like new revenue growth, win rates, and project timelines; prepare reports for senior leadership to support scalable growth.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years in business development or sales in B2B distribution, ideally automotive/auto parts; proven track record in pricing and feasibility analysis.
