    Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity to lead a team of Java developers in building critical application with exposure to diverse infrastructure, IT applications and processing environment.Mandatory Skill-set
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Discipline;
    • At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of application developers;
    • Proven experience in Java8, Spring and Javascript;
    • Extensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle;
    • Exposure in Integration technologies such as JMS, MQ, Kafka, File Transfer, S3;
    • Has experience in Database / ORM Frameworks such as Oracle DB / Hibernate / myBatis;
    • Has involved in managing application development projects;
    • Has good leadership skills to mentor and guide the team to be productive;
    • Proactive with strong sense of ownership;
    • A strong team player;
    • Eager to keep on learning and upgrading skillsets;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    Desired Skill-set
    • Prior work experience in banking industry.
    Responsibilities
    • Responsible in coaching and providing solutions to complex technical issues;
    • Review codes and provide insightful inputs to team members;
    • Involve in hands on technical development when required;
    • Manage a team of experts, including managing the employee lifecycle;
    • Effectively managing resource allocations to ensure maximum productivity;
    • Establish and maintain great relationship with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully;
    • Work closely with key management and external vendors;
    • Facilitate in creating high performing team;
    • Responsible for resource and capacity planning to match the short term and long term demand.
