    As a Competence Development Officer for PHILCAMSAT CDC, yourprimary responsibility is to design, implement, and oversee training anddevelopment programs for Global Maritime Professionals in accordancewith international regulations and industry standards.

    Your role is crucial inensuring that seafarers possess the necessary skills, knowledge, andcompetencies to perform their duties effectively and safely while onboardships or other maritime vessels.


    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of a 4year course
    • Incumbent is expected to have an experience on Crew Career Development Program, with good communications skills, is technologysavvy and displays high customer service through ontime response to online queries.
