    Position Title: B2B Content Marketing Lead

    Location: BGC, Taguig

    Type: Full-time, Onsite

    Shift: Graveyard Shift

    Overview:

    • Responsible for researching, creating, and optimizing content primarily for blogging and other formats across the marketing funnel.
    • Requires a deep understanding of B2B audiences, strong writing skills, and the ability to measure content impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research to understand niche markets, industry challenges, and customer pain points.
    • Create engaging content for blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, and email campaigns.
    • Optimize content for search engines and collaborate with the SEO team.
    • Develop and execute a consistent content calendar.
    • Measure and analyze content effectiveness using analytics tools.
    • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content relevance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • 5-7+ years proven experience in content marketing within B2B sectors.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a diverse content portfolio.
    • Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Exceptional, fluent written and spoken English.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must be fully onsite and available for graveyard shift.
    • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and render overtime as needed.
