We are seeking a results-driven professional who will play a crucial role in lead generation, account management, and contributing to our overall business development strategy.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels.
Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

Account Management:

Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Venture Builder to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, account management progress, and key performance indicators.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on industry best practices and continually enhance knowledge and skills.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
