Job summary

The CX Manager serves as the strategic link between customer feedback and organizational change.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end design and rollout of relational and transactional NPS programs,
working closely with department heads to convert qualitative feedback into high-impact Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) that reduce friction and drive business performance.
