    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    Graduate of any 4-year course
    Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience
    MS office, Basic Math Skills, Logical thinking analysis, Knowledgeable of LGU and government agencies processes
    Good communication skills, keen to details, proactive, result oriented


    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Validates accuracy of documents for submission to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Registry of Deeds (RD).
    • Prepares budget and request for payment pertaining to title and tax declaration transfer, annotation and cancellation of mortgage.
    • Assists Conversion Liaison Officer in the interaction with government agencies particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds (RD) in handling title transfers, annotation/cancellation of mortgage and other deeds.
    • Assists in preparation of requirements pertaining to title and tax declaration transfer, annotation and cancellation of mortgage.
    • Ensures completeness of documents for submission to BIR, Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds.
    • Responsible for the notarization of Deed of Absolute Sale and mortgage documents to avoid penalties; ensures that the documents has complete details and signatures including required ID's prior to notarization.
    • Assists in making payment of Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), Real Property Tax (RPT) and Transfer Tax.
    • Assists the Conversion Liaison Officer to follow-up with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds for the status of all endorsed accounts.
    • Monitors and coordinates with Accounting and Finance for the payment related transactions.
    • Monitors accounts for application of tax declaration on building with TSSU group.
    • Endorses to Conversion Liaison Officer the available Manager's Check (MC) for payment to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Local Government Unit (LGU), and Registry of Deeds (RD).
    • Responsible for the request for pull-out of Original Title with Finance for accounts due for conversion
    • Tagging and updating transactions to NOAH system and as well as excel monitoring file.
    • Scanning and archiving of documents for future references.
    • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
