    As a member of the Channel Support team, you will assist a range of Client's stakeholders with enquiries; including - Individual Users, Clients and Drivers.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
    • Taking ownership with client/customer issues.
    • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
    • Provides concise information. Has the ability to be able to educate users/drivers of service function.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2-3 years experience in Transport, Logistics, Delivery, or any similar industries.
    • Strong in chat/phone contact handling skills; and open to handling multiple chats.
    • Skilled in driving a conversation and probe to discover the root cause of the problem.
    • Patient in handling difficult enquiries.
    • Display strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
    • Cooperative with Team Members and Leads to achieve goals and targets for the day individually as well as a team.
    • Amenable to be trained across all dashboard tasks (Dispatch, Tracking, Inbound/Outbound Calls, BOH)
