- Acquire and maintain major clients as well as licensed characters brands to ensure business sustainability and growth.
- Analyze market trends, costumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and product assortment.
- Curate and manage the assortment of product samples, ensuring a different and appealing selection for buyer.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure proper sampling and demand planning.
- Implement pricing strategies that balance customer value with profitability goals.
- Monitor and analyze pricing data to optimize margins while remaining competitive in the market.
- Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and adherence to service level agreements.
- College Graduate (BSBA, Fine Arts, Multi-media Arts, Textile & Garments Technology/ Bachelor of Technology Major in Apparel and Fashion or equivalent)
- Must have working experience as Merchandising Supervisor/Manager in the fashion retail Industry or outright
- Highly Analytical & with business acumen
- Must be people/customer oriented (Will work with/ collaborate with team of Designers/Merchandiser, Production, Supplier, Buyer/Key Account Client)
- Experience as Graphic Designer and expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage but not required
