    Job Description

    As the Visual Merchandising Manager - Beauty, you will play a critical role in creating visually appealing and memorable in-store and online experiences that resonate with our customers and reinforce our brand image.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives, ensuring consistency across all stores and online platforms.
    • Design and maintain captivating in-store layouts and displays, incorporating current industry trends and product highlights to optimize customer engagement and sales. Create eye-catching window displays that draw customers into our stores and communicate the brand's message effectively.
    • Update planogram for all stores and formats based on Merchandising plan and aligning with Marketing team.
    • Prepare visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines and manage vendors in the process and ensure visuals are installed on planned launch date.
    • Manage forecasting, inventory management & budget

    The Successful Applicant

    • At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising projects in retail boutiques is required
    • Experience in beauty industry, strongly preferred
    • Diploma holder of Design or Art, ideally in Industrial Design
    • Formal training in any of these: graphic design, or industrial design, or exhibition design, or interior design
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or SketchUp. Basic knowledge of AutoCad
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
