    Job Description

    . Working closely with the Head of Media, you will lead the implementation of media

    campaigns and deliver on client objectives and KPIs

    . Support Client Services team in understanding the media strategy, implementation

    and campaign performance arming them for productive discussions with the client

    . Own the project management process in our project management tool responsible for the update of critical campaign information information ie. budgets, UTMS, campaign objective

    . Manage timelines effectively and communicate updates all team

    . Analyse marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to create strategies that

    answer our client's paid media needs.

    . Analyse media alternatives and make recommendations on how to best allocate the media budget. Including recommendations on targeting, geo, flighting, support level and budget.

    . Manage budget allocations across media, ensuring pacing is on track and KPIs are being met - where they are not, understand optimisations needed

    . Lead and ensure quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives,

    campaign set up and reporting.

    . Have working knowledge (and be able to step in if needed) on set-up, monitoring,

    management and optimisation of industry leading campaigns across paid

    search(Google Ads), paid social (including Meta, TikTok & Snapchat) and other online channels (including Spotify, YouTube & Pinterest).

    . Traffic and troubleshoot campaigns in our adserver, Sizmek.

    . Plan and implement programmatic campaigns when we bring in a DSP in-house to Awaken

    . Be able to project manage our data team in the development of our campaign

    dashboards, building/creating campaign reports.

    . Ensure dashboards are accurate and reflect the campaign objectives and

    performance with regular QA'ing

    . Develop insightful reports aligned with the agreed cadence for the client.

    . Provide specs and material deadlines and ensure they are all accurate

    . Assist with budget reconciliation and financial queries

    Qualifications:

    . Have 4+ years experience agency experience with a focus on implementation

    . Bring your enthusiasm for using data to make strategic decisions

    . Be able to work successfully within a team to collectively deliver on deadlines

    . Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities

    . Have the ability to use and create research reports and reporting resources

    . Strong attention to detail and financial acumen

    . You will be analytical, have a high proficiency in maths and strong attention to detail

    . Proven experience working on multi-million dollar accounts and managing large

    budgets

    . Be enthusiastic, hardworking and confident

    . Be self-motivated & self-directed

    . Be a team player, but have the ability to meet individual deadlines

    . Experience using project management and budgeting/finance tools
