- Resolving routine and complex inquiries in afast-paced call center environment, problem resolutionby phone or e-mail requests, client education regarding products they utilize for their expense reporting needs, as well as supporting client suppliers engagement of card and e-payable acceptance.
- Act as an account manager in this role assisting clients withreports, assisting with new products, and coaching over the phone concerning these products, as well assuggesting bestpractices based on client needs.
- Play a pivotal role working directly with a client's suppliers to provide best in class experience for our clients and their suppliers.
- Excellent client facing written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus
- Must have ability to work professionally with different levels of managementwithin the organization
- Thrives under stress related deadlines
- Strong analytic ability when researching client inquiries, a must
- Must possess strongproblemresolution skills
- Ability to develop positive, professional relationships which enhance the ability to achieve results
- BA/BScollege degreeis preferred

- Previous experience working in a Call Center environment taking inbound and making outbound callswith at least3-5 years' experience,1-year Commercial Card experience preferred

As Client Service Specialist IV within Commercial Cards, you will be responsible for development of relationships with multipleclients and client suppliers whilehandling theirservicing needs.You will join our global team with the working shift at 9pm/10pm start time with weekends off during training post go livewill be Mondays to Saturdays at 7am to 7pm CST.
