- Share and implement best practices across teams
- Ensure a healthy working environment, which fosters openness, innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure the efficient management of all applications and processes in the portfolio, to support the KPIs across all service teams
- Lifecycle management is executed on all applications within portfolio
- Share and implement best practices across teams
- Ensure global focus on KPIs and deliver standard or custom reports, dashboards etc.
- Focus on continual service improvement and ensure that any application or process change will be communicated, trained and implemented across all IT and business stakeholders
- Utilize/maintain the application portfolio to drive performance and end user satisfaction further
- Ensures current products handled by the team are fit for purpose, available, stable, scalable and fully supported
- Ensures products are supported by the organization
- Operational management of the L2/L3 support teams and acts as their escalation point including vendor performance
- Provides appropriate level of communication to customers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in creating the product's strategy and roadmap
- Ensures that product related SOPs are up to date and shared with the Knowledge Manager
- Drives continuous improvement
