    General Purpose of the Job:

    Manage the overall company Business and IT application architecture including ERP, legacy applications, and interfaces/integration.

    Ensure integration additions and changes occur on-time and within budget applying architectural framework principles along with system design, development, and project management methodologies.

    Manage organizations providing L2 and L3 support as guided by ITIL principles.

    Duties and Responsibilities :


    Leadership :

    • Responsible in fostering a performance driven and engaging team environment
    • Gathers feedback from stakeholders related to the performance of product team members
    • Evaluates performance of product team members
    • Responsible for managing resource availability
    • Day to day management of the product team and ensuring that each member has the ongoing capabilities, skills, systems and tools required to perform their roles effectively and efficiently
    • Delivering agreed KPIs supporting overall Noble IT goals
    • Ensures that the processes, process roles, process activities, process interfaces and the supporting systems and tools combine to produce the desired levels of process maturity and efficiency
    • Provide leadership to the Product Leads and Product Teams, ensuring they have the ongoing capabilities, skills, systems and tools required to perform their roles effectively and efficiently
    • Share and implement best practices across teams
    • Ensure a healthy working environment, which fosters openness, innovation and continuous improvement

    Product Management:

    • Ensure the efficient management of all applications and processes in the portfolio, to support the KPIs across all service teams
    • Lifecycle management is executed on all applications within portfolio
    • Share and implement best practices across teams
    • Ensure global focus on KPIs and deliver standard or custom reports, dashboards etc.
    to drive KPI and performance across support groups and application support vendors

    • Focus on continual service improvement and ensure that any application or process change will be communicated, trained and implemented across all IT and business stakeholders
    • Utilize/maintain the application portfolio to drive performance and end user satisfaction further
    • Ensures current products handled by the team are fit for purpose, available, stable, scalable and fully supported
    • Ensures products are supported by the organization
    • Operational management of the L2/L3 support teams and acts as their escalation point including vendor performance
    • Provides appropriate level of communication to customers
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders in creating the product's strategy and roadmap
    • Ensures that product related SOPs are up to date and shared with the Knowledge Manager
    • Drives continuous improvement

    Finance :

    • Accountable for the budget of all enterprise applications

    Stakeholders :

    • Business Owners of the products, Suppliers, Business Units, SMT
    Experience

    An ideal candidate in this position will have an overall leadership experience of 5 years and at least 4 years of experience leading application development and integration within an ERP.

    ITIL V4 Foundations Certification is a plus.
